What happens when someone calls
It says what it is
Every call opens by telling the caller they are speaking to an AI assistant and that the call is recorded. That notice is in the template and a test suite refuses to build without it.
It listens in Tamil or English
The caller is not asked to choose a language or press a key. They talk the way they would to your staff, and the agent answers in the language they used.
It hands you the enquiry
The caller's number is checked by a server and read back to them before the call ends, so what reaches you is a number that has been validated, not a transcription the model felt confident about.

The parts that are easy to get wrong
Numbers are checked, not guessed
A ten-digit number is validated server-side and read back twice. A callback number that is one of our own numbers is refused outright, because a lead you cannot ring is worse than no lead.
Answers in Tamil
The agent listens and replies in Tamil or English, without the caller choosing a language or pressing a key. They speak the way they would to your staff.
Disclosure is not optional
AI disclosure and the recording notice are generated from one shared source into every template, and the build fails if a template is missing either.
Run and stored in India
The agent runs on a server in India and call recordings are stored in India. The speech model itself is Google's, so the audio is processed by Google like any other cloud service.
Every call is graded
Each finished call is checked against the faults this product has actually had (a caller never heard, a conversation that never moved, a number confirmed only once), and a bad one emails us within five minutes.

Where this is up to, plainly
- ZenVox is in pilot. We are setting it up for a small number of businesses around Karaikal and working alongside each one.
- It answers calls that come in. It does not make outbound calls: that needs a DLT registration we do not hold, and we will not sell what we cannot deliver.
