Have an older TX- booking? Look it up or cancel
This is for taxi bookings confirmed with us previously — new requests above are confirmed by the operator over the phone and do not get a TX- reference. You need the mobile number the booking was made with. For a room booking (TT-) use the concierge.
Before you request a car
- Fares are indicative. They are the operator's standard rate for the route and vehicle. The operator confirms the final figure — including tolls, parking, temple entry and the driver's allowance where they apply — when they call you back.
- We are building this operator network now. Vehicles and prices shown here are our launch catalogue for the Karaikal and Nagapattinam circuit. If something you need is not listed, ask — we can usually arrange it.
- Nothing is charged online. You pay the operator directly. We take your name, mobile number and pickup point only to pass your request to the operator so they can call you back.
- Availability is per date. The catalogue always shows fares; a vehicle count only appears once you give a date, because a car that is free on Tuesday tells you nothing about Saturday.
